eMotorWerks, the US supplier of smart grid charging solutions, partnered with the UK fleet EV charging manufacturer EO Charging to offer the EO Mini Pro charger. Integrated with the connected software platform JuiceNet, it will be able to aggregate the electric load from multiple charging stations and ultimately respond to surges in demand on the grid and to bid that load into energy markets. This technology adds greater flexibility and resilience to the grid by shifting charging times to periods when energy from renewable sources is available and electricity costs are low.

The EV owners can also view historical charging data via the web dashboard, set up schedules and notifications, as well as participate in demand response programs and earn money for charging.
