Can I still buy the previous JuiceBox (with the black and orange faceplate)?

The black and orange JuiceBox is available through some online outlets while supplies last.

What if I need to return an old model JuiceBox, and what about the warranty?

The same return and refund policy and warranty continue to apply. If you are not completely satisfied with your JuiceBox, you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If your unit needs to be replaced in accordance with the warranty, Enel X Way will provide a replacement unit of equal or greater value to the unit you originally purchased.

What if I already own a JuiceBox? Is there a way to upgrade my old JuiceBox to the next generation?
