Chanje, an electric delivery truck and energy solutions company, announced Wednesday a partnership with eMotorWerks to deliver an energy-as-a-service (EaaS) program to its commercial fleet customers with a smart charging platform.
The company plans to integrate eMotorWerks’ line of intelligent and cloud- connected electric vehicle charging hardware and software solutions. This partnership will enable Chanje fleet operators to participate in energy services programs that offer reduced rates at off-peak times, thus lowering a fleet’s total cost of operation. Chanje customers will also benefit from remote access control, automatic energy management, smart algorithms to maximize charging with available renewable energy from the grid, and electricity usage tracking.
