eMotorWerks is now Enel X Way
New name, same team
In 2017, the Enel Group, one of the world’s largest energy companies and a leader in renewable energy and smart energy technologies, purchased eMotorWerks, the North American leader in smart EV charging products and services. For the past two years, eMotorWerks has been working hand in hand with Enel to continue delivering the smartest, highest performing EV charging solutions to customers across North America and worldwide.
As of July 2019, eMotorWerks is now officially Enel X Way, Enel’s business unit at the vanguard of innovation in energy, sustainability, and digitalization. Enel X Way combines the spirit of a startup with the infrastructure and expertise of a global pioneer helping businesses and communities create, store, use, and share energy more efficiently, sustainably, and strategically.
What does this mean for me?
The name change brings some exciting prospects. As Enel X Way, we are now able to leverage a broader range of resources, expertise, and technologies to bring exciting new products and services to life. We are hard at work on many of these offerings right now, and we’re excited how they will make EV smart charging even more affordable, convenient, and reliable for our customers. We can’t wait to show them off!
On a day-to-day basis, there will be virtually no noticeable change for you, our customers. Our same team continues to work to deliver the highest quality smart EV charging products and services, including our best-selling JuiceBox and other Juice products. Our existing, renowned customer support team continues to be here for you. Our preexisting eMotorWerks webstore, weblinks, and email addresses will redirect to new, equivalent resources under our new Enel X Way name.
