eMotorWerks and EDF, a global energy company, team up in order to create cloud-connected and intelligent charging stations using eMotorWerks’ charging hardware and its JuiceNet software platform.

EDF will enable its customers to charge their electric vehicles with clean energy and also develop advanced charging solutions based on JuiceNet automated, multi-tiered control algorithms. In order to improve grid reliability and manage the demand, EDF intends to leverage renewable energy generation and participate in smart grid incentives through scheduled charging.
